Contact: talk to a 1Home advisor
For a short question, this form is enough. To have a configuration priced, use the quote request instead: it contains the information we need, which saves a round trip.
We answer technical questions before and after the sale. That is what a distributor is for: someone reachable who knows the product.
Buying a smart-home gateway directly from the manufacturer works — until a question comes up. Then you discover that the documentation is in English, that the support hours belong to another country, and that nobody on the other end knows what a French distribution board looks like. Removing that friction is the whole point of this channel.
There is no wrong question on this page. Whether you are trying to find out if your installation is KNX at all, or whether a specific reference will survive a firmware change, the answer comes from someone who has the product in stock and reads the same documentation you do.
01Which channel for which need
- Pre-sales technical question: this form.
- Pricing a configuration: the quote request.
- Support and repairs: this form, stating the product reference and purchase date.
- Trade terms: the quote request, indicating your professional profile.
- Specification and drawings for a project under design: this form, mentioning the project phase.
- Press, partnership or supply enquiries: this form, they reach the same inbox.
02What happens next
- Your message is read during business hours.
- A technical question gets a technical answer, not a sales follow-up.
- If it is an after-sales matter, we open a case and give you the procedure.
- If the honest answer is that no product of the range solves your problem, we say so — and we point to what would.
- Nothing you send is used for anything other than answering you; the privacy policy states it in full.

Frequently asked questions
Can I call you?
Not yet: no line is published on this site until a real number is in service. We prefer a monitored form to a number ringing into the void.
Do you answer in English?
Yes. The site is written in French because it serves the French market, but the advice, the quotes and the after-sales exchanges are handled in English whenever that is easier for you — including with an integrator based outside France.
I am not sure my installation is KNX at all. Can you tell me?
Open the distribution board and look for a row of modules linked by a thin green twisted cable, usually with a dedicated bus power supply. If you see that green cable you are on KNX. If you are unsure, describe what you see: identifying an installation from a description is part of the job.
What information should I give for a technical question?
The existing system, what you are trying to achieve, and the product reference if there is one. For a fault, add the purchase date and what changed recently on your network.
Will I receive marketing emails afterwards?
No. A technical question gets a technical answer. We have no automated follow-up sequence and no newsletter.
Do you handle enquiries from outside France?
We are the French channel: invoicing, VAT and after-sales are set up for France. If your project sits elsewhere we will say so plainly and point you to the right route rather than take an order we cannot support properly afterwards.
