A quote is not a disguised contact form: it is the moment when we check that the reference you have in mind actually fits your installation. That check is what prevents returns, and it is free.
We receive two kinds of requests. Those where the visitor knows exactly which reference they want: we check, and in one case out of four we suggest something else. And those where the visitor does not know — the most frequent case, and not a problem.
In both situations the work is the same: reading what the installation actually is, comparing it with what you want to obtain, and only then naming a product. A quote produced without that reading is a price list with a header — it commits nobody and it protects nobody.
This page is deliberately a form and not a shopping basket. A gateway is not an accessory you add to an order: its relevance depends on a bus, on an ETS project, on a target platform and sometimes on a router. Sending those elements first costs you five minutes and saves a return.

- The existing system — KNX, Loxone, Crestron Home, or nothing yet.
- An order of magnitude for the number of functions to control.
- The target platform, if you have one.
- Your postcode, for shipping costs and lead times.
- Your timeline, even approximate.
02What happens next
- We read your request and check the consistency between the installation and the products considered.
- If something looks off, we come back with a question before pricing.
- You receive a named quote, stating what is included and what is not.
- You decide. No automated follow-up sequence.
- If the answer is that no product in the range fits your case, we write that too — and we say what would have to change for one to fit.

Frequently asked questions
Is the quote free and without commitment?
Yes. It includes the compatibility check of your installation, which is the real work — and it is billed neither separately nor later.
Can I ask for advice without knowing which product to choose?
That is the most frequent case, and precisely our job. Leave the product selection empty and describe what you want to control.
How long until I get an answer?
Within two working days for a quote. If your request raises a technical question, we come back to you before pricing.
Is commissioning included?
No. We distribute hardware and advise on the choice; we do not install. The quote states clearly what is not included.
Do you quote for professionals as well as private customers?
Yes. Tick the professional profile and add your company details: trade terms, volume and level-2 support are handled on the same form, with an answer adapted to your installed base and your deployment pace.
What if I am buying for a new build that has not started yet?
Say so in the message. At design stage the useful answer is rarely a product reference: it is the list of decisions to take with your installer and the lines to carry into the specification, so that the gateway you buy later is not constrained by a cable route decided today.
Can I send a photo of my distribution board?
It is the single most useful thing you can send. Mention it in the message and we will tell you where to send it: a photo of the board, of the bus cable and of the existing labels tells us more about the installation than a page of description.
